You ever bite into a strawberry and think, this could be trouble?

Because this time… it is.

This cocktail started the way all good ones do: with something innocent. Just some juicy strawberries on the counter. Next minute, I’m tossing them with balsamic vinegar and cracked black pepper — classic Italian combo — and somehow that turned into a tequila spritz with frozen jalapeño grated over the top.

It shouldn’t work.

It definitely does.

Sweet. Tangy. Spicy. Icy. It's giving “I host the best pre-drinks in summer” energy. It’s also absurdly easy to make — and trust me, you’re gonna want this one in your cocktail rotation.
